Poets United
A poem based on " Sea Fever" by John Masefield
' i must go down to the seas again to the lonely sea and the sky '
but something says no i should not go, there is danger lurking on by
an ominous mood deep seated inside warns me of a serial stalker
i can easily be fooled by a bragging buffoon they're witty and noted great talkers
' all i ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by '
no merry yarns or bad lame jokes from a laughing fellow rover
' just a quiet sleep and a sweet dream when the long trick's over '
Sometimes one should listen to those warnings.. beware of the stalker...
