fawn juggle navigate
the little fawn
navigated her way
by juggling stars
to find the way to
the Scorpion's cave
the markers were
scratched into rocks
when she arrived
the cave was empty
scorpion nowhere to be found
at least she was spared the sting
such a silly fawn
thinking all the dead fawns on the way
were just road kill
I like the idea of the sweet fawn navigating by the stars.
ReplyDeleteNow why would a fawn want to seek out and visit the cave of a scorpion, uninvited? It cannot be found and there are too many counterfeit ones to lead the innocent astray. Scorpions are best left alone when they retire to secret places.
