vultures who exploit malnourished children
some wear fake dog collars and crosses
others starve abuse and sell the innocent for profit
inveigling western tourists with good hearts and big pockets
but then sometimes the poor little mites
get lucky
get dumped on the right door step
where they are loved and cared for
by those dear dear angels the Franciscan sisters
who give one hope in humanity
where one witnesses love and compassion
first hand and sometimes for the first time
they are the lucky ones...

DeleteI've been disappointed (and horrified) by some of those so-called charitable set-ups. Let's hope more children get lucky and find the right people to look after them!
